A brighter future through learning english

I am a graduate from the Operation Mercy Hair Dressing course. Now I am working as a hairdresser and I have a source of income for myself. With this income, I pay the fees of my English class, commuting expenses and things I need to improve my small business. I am quite satisfied with this profession.

Since I am earning an income myself and paying for my own expenses, my husband allows me to attend the English language classes through Operation Mercy and purchase the books I need to improve my English. Before attending the English course, I used to be deceived when purchasing hair dressing equipment. The brand names and other details are all written in English and, as I could not read English, I had to ask the sellers to give me whatever they thought was good. However, the sellers always deceived me. After losing money and business through this deception, I decided to join the English course. It is one year since I first attended the English classes in the Institute. Now I am able to read most of the words that are written on the products. The English course has taken me into a totally different world! If God wills, I will join the computer course also. In the future, I would like to gradually teach English to my son who is currently attending first grade at school. I hope my son will be able to learn English well and hopefully not be deceived as I was because of inablity to read English.
