The Scholarship Program was created by our partner organization to provide educational assistance to the marginalized students in northern Pakistan who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend school. This program also emphasizes on the opportunity for girls to receive an education. Half of the program’s recipients are reserved for girls. Education is not free in Pakistan, and for many marginalized groups in the region, education is very difficult to access. Our partners believe that through partnering with communities to provide education, training and development, marginalized communities in Pakistan can be equipped to move from poverty to prosperity.

The scholarship covers basic needs for the school year including tuition, uniforms, books and school supplies. These scholarships will equip students with the foundational training and confidence needed to break the cycle of poverty for their families and for future generations
